Abstract

This research analyzes the procedure for canceling Basyarnas Arbitration decisions in the context of murabahah contracts. In the world of Islamic business, frequent requests for canceling arbitration decisions cause frustration among business practitioners, especially when court involvement is required. Basyarnas, as an alternative dispute resolution institution, gained popularity in the business world. However, some arbitration decisions are still canceled by the courts without meeting alternative dispute resolution criteria. In conclusion, resolving disputes in murabahah contracts through Basyarnas requires further attention to ensure consistency and clarity in the arbitration cancellation process. Clear regulations and effective supervision are essential to minimize conflicts and ensure fair law enforcement in the Islamic business world. Emphasizing legal values and justice will support the development of efficient and reliable dispute resolution systems for business practitioners.
